I am located in the same building as Invision Property and every time I had any questions about buying a property Nathan would help guide me, he connected me to a mortgage broker and helped get me a pre approval. Nathan was introduced to me by a real estate agent as I had been looking for an investment property for some time. I hadn't planned on using a buyers agent as i live in Brisbane and felt I could find a property on my own. I would without a doubt recommend Nathan to anyone who is looking for a buyer's agent.Nathan listened to what we wanted and went about finding properties that we may like. The smartest decision we made by far in purchasing our property was hiring Nathan, Director of Invision Property. This was a boutique experience in our opinion. Nathan was constantly in contact with us into the late hours of the night & on weekends when he was meant to be holidaying. We were truly treated like a priority.The market is tough at the moment due to lack of supply & I strongly believe it is because properties are being bought off market. Our first day with Nathan we had an abundance of properties & we had multiple offerings. Along with the off market properties, Nathan provided insights on the properties, how we could best use the land, how we could improve the property for best value and even went as far as obtaining independent quotes for us so we knew all of our options. Nathan also conducted inspections & negotiated on price so we did not have to take any time off work.The property we ended up buying was under contract from deciding to buy within 3 days. Nathan has a team of people (eg. Conveyancer) who responded at 730pm at night to get the contract through asap. We got an excellent price that more than covered Nathan’s fees as well as a wealth of knowledge & a stress free purchase.I think the biggest thing is Nathan is so very personable and kind that people are happy to work with him & that in turn flows down to his clients.Our experience was a complete & utter success & we will always be grateful for what Nathan has been able to achieve for us. I was buying from interstate which was hard for me to get up there and inspect the property and know if I was getting a good buy or notI was put into Nathan by my cousin he said if your buying a property in Queensland you need to speak to this guy he is great he helped me and he will help you get a great deal. Which I have to say he did. Nathan is very easy to talk to has the buyers best interest in mind. He did find a property for me within the first couple of weeks of signing up with him. Words really don't describe how amazing Nathan from Invision Property is. As an interstate investors we were looking to buy property in Brisbane. Back in April 2022 Brisbane market was simply too hot. Properties were going under offer overnight and real estate agents won’t bother to talk to you. We sought Nathan and team’s help to solve this problem for us. I’m not the kind or person to write reviews but in this case I felt it would be remiss not to. Just for context, we had been looking for our next family home for over 18 months without luck. With a toddler and newborn in tow we persevered with house inspections every weekend. We had considered buyers agents early on but unfortunately took the advice of friends and acquaintances who convinced us we could save money and do it all ourselves. With this competitive market and very low stock levels we simply kept missing out on properties. We finally decided to sign up with the Invision Property Team as they were recommended to us by a sales agent we trusted. Within four weeks of signing up they had been able to show us several off market properties and also represent us at an auction, although we were unsuccessful on the day. In the end we successively purchased a property that had just come to market and with Nathan's negotiating skills we didn't miss out on this opportunity. Invision Property is one of the best Buyer’s Agents in Brisbane. They coordinated the whole purchase which saved us a lot of time and stress.
