How much does a buyers agent cost in Brisbane?
Our full service is a fixed $17,000 + GST for most briefs — a $7,000 engagement fee when we begin, and $10,000 payable only when your purchase goes unconditional. The fee never changes with the purchase price. Your quote is confirmed in writing at the free call; for investors, fees generally form part of your CGT cost base.
Is the quote or call really obligation-free?
Yes. The 45-minute strategy session ends with a written plan for your budget whether you engage us or not — plenty of people take the plan and buy on their own.
